TRI-Factor Series is proud to present the 2014 sports clinics calendar conducted by our professional training partners to get yourself ready for your race.
Get tips on how to improve your training, race preparations and conquer your fears through these clinics. (More updates will be provided along the way)
These are exclusive clinics for our TRI-Factor Participants and limited slots are available.

*For safety reasons, all Tri-Factor Swim & Triathlon participants who do not have prior open water swimming experience are require to sign up for the swim trials. Please book your swim trials slots in order to be eligible to take part in the respective events.

1.  TRI-Factor Bike Handling Clinic – Conducted by Tri-Edge

2. TRI-Factor Bike Handling Clinic – Conducted by MSTI

Venue: Junction of Aviation Park Road, Changi (Park & Ride from Changi Beach Carpark 7)
Price: $25 per head

Things to bring: Cycling Helmet, gloves, personal bikes in working condition. Tyres fully pump to 100psi. (Trainers will not entertain or fix up bikes that are not in working condition on actual day)

3. TRI-Factor Triathlon Open Water Swim Clinic – Conducted by The Swimming Room

Venue: ECP Carpark F2. Beach Front
Price: $25 per pax

Max Participant: 50

4. TRI-Factor Triathlon Swim competence Trial

Date: 24th August 2014
Venue: ECP Carpark F2. Beach Front
Price: $10 per head

Starting time:

  1. Standard Distance (1.5km Swim): 830am
  2. Sprint Distance (750m Swim): 9am
  3. Freshman Distance (200m Swim): 9:30am
  4. Mini Distance (100m): 9:45am

Reporting time at least 15 minutes before starting time.

Criteria:

1.5km Swimmers: 1km in 40mins
750m Swimmers: 600m in 20mins
200m Swimmers: 200m in 10mins

100m Swimmers: (No timing, based on proficiency)
