FAQ

  • Q: If I register for the longer race distance and I can only manage a shorter race distance on race day, can I still get the finisher certificate of the shorter distance?
    A: No. Race Category and distances are non-transferable. Participants who do not complete their race will not be eligible for the Finisher Certificate.
  • Q: How can I appeal if I'm disqualified or if there are disputes in the race results?
    A: For prize winners or possible prize winners, disputes and appeals must be made on-the-spot within 30 minutes of the published results on the results notice board on-site.
  • Q: Will there be an award ceremony?
    A: Yes, there will be a prize award ceremony after each event. All winners will be invited to the HP TRI-Athlon on 3/10/10 for the medal presentation.
  • Q: When and where is the award ceremony?
    A: It will be at the event site towards to end of the event. Please refer to the event schedule closer to event day.
  • Q: Will finisher medals be awarded?
    A: Currently, finisher medals will be awarded to participants who take part and complete the Tri-Athlon.
  • Q: Will finisher certificates be awarded?
    A: Finisher certificates will be awarded to all participants who complete the events they take part in.
  • Q: Will finisher shirts be awarded?
    A: Currently, finisher shirts will be awarded to participants who take part and complete the Olympic Distance Triathlon.
    Series finisher shirts will also be awarded to participants who complete all 4 races (TRI-Swim, TRI-Bike, TRI-Run and TRI-Athlon), regardless of the distance.
